Lucky 57 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus has specific terms attached to it, including but not limited to minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus funds.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in the bonus terms at the time the offer is made. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must wager PKR 30,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
Not all games contribute equally — or at all — toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% unless stated otherwise. Live Casino and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage. The specific contribution rates are listed in the individual bonus terms.
Lucky 57 monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing bets that exploit bonus terms, or using bets with low risk variance to clear wagering requirements. Any such activity may result in bonus cancellation, forfeiture of associated winnings, and account suspension.
Only one bonus can be active at a time. If you make a deposit while a bonus is active, the deposit may be treated as a standard deposit. Check your active bonus status before making a new deposit if you intend to claim a promotion.
All bets and game rounds placed on Lucky 57 are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question. These rules are displayed within the relevant game or sports betting section.
The outcome of all games and settled bets is final once confirmed by the Lucky 57 system. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event in question. Lucky 57's decision on disputed outcomes is final.
In the event of a software or connectivity error that affects a game round or bet, Lucky 57 will investigate the issue. We reserve the right to void a round or bet if a genuine technical error is confirmed. Wins resulting from a clearly demonstrated system error will not be paid out.
Sports betting markets — including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Kabaddi, Tennis and Esports — are governed by specific market rules displayed alongside each event. In-play bets are accepted at Lucky 57's discretion. Odds are updated in real time and the odds at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your wager.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These are displayed at the point of placing a bet. Lucky 57 reserves the right to apply individual bet limits to specific accounts if unusual patterns of play are detected.

Lucky 57 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, unusual activity or failure to complete identity verification. In cases of confirmed Terms breach, Lucky 57 may forfeit any bonus balances and associated winnings before returning the remaining real money balance.
In cases of self-exclusion, the account closure is processed immediately and cannot be reversed for the cooling-off period agreed at the time of exclusion.
